What does 1-on-1 coaching include?
1-on-1 coaching is customizable and programs are built based on your specific goals and needs. Coaching can include any of the following: workout programming, nutrition plans, health and wellness advice, grocery lists, recipes, supplement suggestions. All 1-on-1 clients get at least one weekly meeting with your health coach and have full access to health coaches via text or email.
